There's currently no laws to prevent e-cigarettes being sold to minors

Under 18s will no longer be able to buy e-cigarettes as part of a major clampdown by the Health Minister.

The proposed legislation will also ban the cigarette vending machines at kid-friendly events and venues.

Tobacco products will also no longer be allowed to be served by minors in newsagents.

Simon Harris plans to include a new licensing system for retailers, which could see their costs increase.
