Bressie
We all know Bressie as the frontman of the Blizzards, a successful author, and you can now add chart topping podcaster to that list as he recently launched his six part series Where Is My Mind podcast.
Bressie told Sarina that topping the charts was never the reason why he wanted to make the podcast.
In fact he asked his management team not to talk numbers with him.
He wanted to get this podcast out there to change the culture around mental health, and to let people know that they are not in this alone.

Where is My Mind
We are all dealing with something – some more than others, but everyone is dealing with something.
That’s why Bressie also feels it is important to not just talk about mental health, but to also give people the tools needed to navigate their way through this world.

As well as a new episode dropping every Monday, an accompanying meditation is released with each episode.
Even though only six episodes have been recorded for this series, he hopes that another series will be on the way soon.
