520 jobs are at risk at Arcadia Group outlets are facing closures - the fashion empire owned by British Entrepreneur Philip Green.
23 stores are closing as part of a turnaround plan - including Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Topshop and Topman outlets.
A number of Irish stores are believed to be among those affected.
The retail group's proposals will also see rents cut at nearly 200 shops.
