Mobile operator Three look set to bump up their prices.

It's being reported all contracts will be raised by €5, with contact being made with existing customers from this week giving them the option to cancel their contracts in light of the changes.

Meanwhile, those on pay-as-you-go will now have to top up by at least €20 in order to continue to receive their existing benefits, according to the Irish Independent.

Until now, people were able to top up by €5, €10 and €15 and receive full benefits.

It's understood the new roaming regulations brought in by the EU as well as costs are to blame for the new measures.
