The weather may have changed back to what we are used to today, but the last few days have been the best we've seen in 2018.

Hopefully it won't be the last we see of it, but people are being reminded to stay hydrated during the summer months.

Being dehydrated can make you tired, dizzy or lightheaded - and it can also affect your skin elasticity.

A simple skin test to check your body hydration is being backed by the British National Library of Medicine.

It involves pinching the skin on the back of your hand with your thumb and index finger, holding for a few seconds and letting go.

If the skin bounces back immediately, you are hydrated - if not, you need to drink more.
