Another strong earthquake has struck the Indonesian island of Lombok.

The tremor centered near the south-west - causing landslides on Mount Rinjani and damage to multiple buildings.

The island is still recovering from a quake that killed 460 people two weeks ago.

Today's quake had a magnitude of 6.3 and could be felt on neighboring island Bali.

The Indonesian Red Cross are appealing for help as thousands remain without housing.
