It looks like the Ryanair strike will still go ahead on Thursday as planned.
It's despite unions and management agreeing to meet on Wednesday in a bid to end the row surrounding seniority and base allocation.
The airline is preparing for the worst even before tomorrow's talks begin.
They're due to contact passengers who are due to be affected by Thursday's strike at some point today, which they will do so by text or email.
Ryanair says that 7% of its overall schedule will be affected if the stoppage goes ahead.
