Trade Union, Fórsa, has today given notice that directly-employed Irish-based Ryanair pilots will stage a further one-day strike commencing at 1am on Friday 10th August.
It will be the fifth one-day strike by directly-employed Irish-based Ryanair pilots since July 12th.
Pilots based in Sweden and Belgium announced yesterday they'll also go on strike on August 10th.
This means there will be travel chaos for Ryanair passengers traveling anywhere in Europe next Friday.
Pilots in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom are also threatening strike action.
Anyone flying with Ryanair in the next two weeks is urged to check their travel itinerary with the airline in advance of traveling to the airport.
