The aircraft is currently circling to burn off fuel, something that will make it easier for a crash landing. It reportedly has 3,700 gallons of fuel to burn.
It's understood that Post Malone was travelling to the UK, where he is due to perform at Reading Festival this weekend.
This comes just hours after Post Malone attended and performed at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards which were held in Radio City in New York.
