Former JLS singer Oritse Williams has been charged with rape over an alleged incident in a hotel room.
He was arrested by West Midlands Police in December 2016, the morning after performing at a club in Wolverhampton.
A second man has also been charged with sexual assault in relation to the same incident.
The 31-year-old, who denies the accusation, is due before Walsall and Aldridge Magistrates Court on October 11th.
