Firehouse Pizza in Ballymun was the big winner at the Just Eat National Takeaway Awards last night.
It was a triple winner on the night, as it claimed the Best Takeaway Ireland award, as well as Best Takeaway Dublin and Best Takeaway Pizza.
There were 22 categories this year with the new additions of Best Takeaway Vegetarian and Best Takeaway Middle Eastern, won by Umi Falafel, Dame Street and Zaytoon, Camden Street respectively.
Amanda Roche-Kelly, Managing Director Just Eat Ireland said: "The Just Eat National Takeaway Awards are bigger and better in their fifth year with continued growth year on year in nominations, votes, and even in the cuisines themselves.
"The awards are a huge event for Just Eat annually, but they mean even more to the takeaway restaurant industry.
"For them, this is an important occasion in the industry’s calendar as local restaurant favourites are celebrated and acknowledged on a national scale.
"As the takeaway sector continues to expand its offerings, the scope for these awards can only continue to grow.
