A private bus company which will take over some of the Dublin Bus routes in October has announced 425 new jobs.
Go-Ahead Ireland will be looking to hire up to 350 bus drivers, as well as mechanics, engineers and admin staff.
Go-Ahead were awarded the 24 routes by the NTA last August.
They've also revealed they'll be training anyone who wants to become a bus driver.
Managing Director for Go Ahead Ireland Ed Mills says: "We have taken this decision to encourage people who don't currently have the necessary D licence, but want to drive a bus, to apply and we believe this will open up the positions to a much wider group of people, who might not have considered a career in transport before."
