A sexual assault allegation has been made against Backstreet Boy's front man Nick Carter.
US prosecutors say they're currently reviewing the allegation.
A woman who cannot be identified first filed the compliant back in February.
She says the 38-year-old musician sexually assaulted her in 2003.
Nick who's married to Lauren Kitt and has a young son named Odin strongly denies the allegation.
