The latest episode of Keeping Up With Kardashians shows a calm Khloe giving birth to baby True with her family and Tristan in the room.
The birth came just days after Tristan's cheating scandal broke however, Khloe decided to ignore the drama until after True arrived.
In a clip shared to her Instagram she said, "This is something that I've waited for my entire life. I don't want to take away anything from this moment."
Khloe live tweeted during last night's episode giving us further insight into her thoughts at the time.
She replied to lots of fans who congratulated her for her mature outlook on the situation.

She revealed that due to stress breastfeeding didn't work for her and True.
I tried breast-feeding for weeks and weeks! For me it was so painful but I also was not producing a lot of milk. So I had to pump every time she was napping. I guess due to stress my milk was not coming in. I tried and I just couldn’t give her enough. So I had to go to formula. https://t.co/3ohDLsa1RU

Khloe then went on tweet about why she allowed Tristan to be there for True's birth despite his actions.
I love my sisters more than anything else in this world and I completely respect and honor their opinions. But they were not there when I started going into labor and I told Tristan what I wanted for the delivery room.

Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as They possibly can #KUWTK

However, just as we were all thinking Khloe was reacting to Tristan's cheating with Budda levels of calm she reassured us that she let her anger out off camera.
One fan commented on her Instagram post, "This is so mature, I would have run him over with his own car".
Khloe replied, "Oh well I did done not so mature things [knife, sweat & fist emojis] the day prior but I needed to get that out of my system. Namaste all the way in the hospital."
