Little Pyg

The evenings are getting darker and we've been on the hunt for a new cosy date night spot in the city - in comes Little Pyg!

They're the sister restaurant to Pygmalion, and they're Ireland’s tallest restaurant-bar, covering the entire centre ground-floor of the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre.

They've just announced a new head chef and a brand new menu featuring Michelin Guide Pizzas as part of their late launch!

If you're a fan of pizza, you'll be happy to hear they take their pizza's very seriously.

They've told us each of their pizza chefs are sent to Italy for one year, to train under the famed pizza chef Enzo Coccia.

As a result, they now offer Ireland’s only Michelin Guide pizzas!

As if that wasn't extra enough, their pizza oven is made from the rock of Mount Vesuvius, and the dough of each pizza is left to ferment for 48 hours before cooking.

They've also welcomed a brand new head chef from Italy; Marco Ilii.

In a statement, he said, 'I’ve brought everything I’ve learned and love the most about Italian food to Little Pyg, but we’ve worked hard to make sure there is always an Irish twist.'
