The former One Direction man took to Instagram on Friday with a photo of the on the back of his head.
The ink itself is a black and white rose with a thorny stem that extends from the back of his skull around his neck.
The pair were together for two years before it came to an abrupt end recently.
The rose is the newest addition to Zayn's impressive collection of tattoos but he might have to get one in particular removed.
He might think of getting Gigi's eyes removed from his chest... awkward.
