These upcoming episodes look set to focus on Khloe's pregnancy journey and the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal which broke just days before Khloe gave birth.
In the teaser, Kim reveals that one of her sisters 'doesn't even want to be a Kardashian any more' hinting that Kourtney is having issues with the family.
Speaking to ITV's This Morning last week, Kim was asked about the Kourtney drama. She remained tight-lipped, simply saying 'You have to see. You really have to see. There are so many reasons.'
The new season debuts on E! on August 5th.
