Vince Vaughan has been arrested on suspicion of drinking driving.
The 48 year old actor was arrested after being stopped at a checkpoint in California yesterday.
A passenger in his car was also arrested for public intoxication and Vaughan's car was seized.
Both men were cited for delaying the investigation - Vaughan chose to give a blood sample rather than do a Breathalyzer test.
He is due to appear in court, however no date has been set yet.
