The backlash against Kayne West's controversial tweets on slavery continue.

A US radio show has confirmed they will no longer play the rapper's music or give him a platform.

The 105.1 Morning Bounce show in Michigan feel that Kayne's comments were a step too far.

It comes after the 40 year old said that 400 years of slavery was 'a choice.'

In a statement on Facebook, the show said:

"We feel like Kanye has gone too far with his latest statement declaring that 'slavery was a choice.' We are over it."

"We don’t want to hear Kanye’s music, we don’t want to play Kanye on our show, we don’t want to talk about Kanye anymore."

"So we are taking a stand and we aren’t playing his music anymore; we just are refusing to give him a platform."
