Could there be better news of a Monday? We think not..
Sir David Attenborough will present a brand new five-part series called Dynasty, which will follow a range of different individual animals.
He will delve into the lives of animals such as lions, hunting dogs, chimpanzees, tigers, and emperor penguin, each at the most crucial part of their lives.
Each of the animals are leaders, and are determined to protect their family and their territory. However, the odds are stacked against them, as the animals are facing pressure from the environment and from the impact of humanity.
Dynasty will be made by the same team behind Life Story and Planet Earth II.
Mike Gunton, Executive Producer, says: 'After making Planet Earth II it’s very exciting to now have the chance to show another, and I think even more intense and gripping, perspective on the lives of our planets most impressive, yet vulnerable creatures.'
