The President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is being investigated for sexual harassment.
The organisation behind the Oscars says it's received complaints about 75 year-old John Bailey - whose film credits include Groundhog Day.
According to CBS News, the Academy issued a statement saying that it “treats any complaints confidentially to protect all parties and said they "will not comment further."
