There's reports that Jersey Shore star Mike Sorrentino could be facing jail time over tax evasion.
According to the United States Department of Justice, Mike and his brother Marc have pleaded guilty to tax crimes.
Mike pleaded guilty to one case of tax evasion. Marc admitted to aiding fraudulent tax returns, and could face up to 3 years in jail.
US Attorney Carpentino said 'What the defendants admitted to today, quite simply, is tantamount to stealing money from their fellow taxpayers. All of us are required by law to pay our fair share of taxes. Celebrity status does not provide a free pass from this obligation.'
Speaking to The Daily Mail, Mike said 'I have admitted my mistakes and I am trying to move forward.'
Over the weekend, Mike landed in Miami for the filming of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
