Auditions for Britain's Got Talent are well underway, and last night's show saw Meath priest Father Ray Kelly take to the stage.

The 64 year old performed R.E.M's Everybody Hurts, saying "I suppose it's a song I feel I can relate to."

When the song ended, Simon Cowell led the standing ovation - saying "this was one of my favourite ever auditions."

And if you think Father Kelly seems familiar it's because you've seen him before!

He went viral in 2014 when a video of him singing Leonard Cohen’s song Hallelujah while officiating at a wedding in his parish of Oldcastle in Co Meath.
