They may be losing two huge characters, but the writers of Suits have wasted little time in replacing Meghan Markle and Patrick J Adams.
It's been revealed that Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl will be joining the cast from the beginning of season 8 of the law drama.
She's set to star alongside Gabriel Macht, who plays Harvey Specter, as the newest Partner of the Pearson Specter Litt law firm and is described as potentially the firms 'greatest ally or most powerful enemy'.
"Joining Suits was the perfect organic way to not only collaborate with an [Executive Producer] I admire deeply, but to also become part of a show and cast that I am an immense fan of," she told the USA Network.
"I have watched Suits from the very beginning and feel incredibly lucky to be the newest member of the Pearson Specter Litt family."
