Two eyewitnesses claim that they saw the pair get engaged at a secret resort in the Bahamas. They were out to dinner when Justin asked her to be his wife.
Apparently Justin's security told everyone in the restaurant to put their phones away as something special was about to happen. They claim Justin proposed then and there.
Justin's Dad Jeremy has fueled speculation even further. Taking to Instagram, he's hinted that something major has happened.

The pair have been inseparable the past few weeks. They've been hanging out plenty and were spotted kissing in New York. They've been jetting from city to city and were recently seen in the Hamptons ahead of their Fourth of July celebrations.
Hailey was previously linked with Shawn Mendes. The pair sparked relationship rumours earlier this year when they attended the MET Gala together and looked incredibly loved-up. However, after Shawn insisting they were 'just really good friends' Hailey deleted all traces of Shawn from her Instagram.
