Jennifer Lawrence is taking a break from Hollywood and quitting acting - for a year anyway.
J-Law says the time off is to get "more young people engaged politically".
She's already on the board of Represent US, who campaign on issues like anti-corruption.
Speaking to ET, Lawrence says "I'm going to take the next year off".
"I'm going to be working with this organisation... trying to get young people engaged politically on a local level. It doesn't have anything to do with partisan politics. It's just anti-corruption and stuff", she continued.
Her upcoming movie, Red Sparrow, will be her last before the 12 month break.
