Demi Lovato released a new track late Thursday, and announced the single on Twitter and Instagram.

She sings in the chorus 'Momma I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore. And Daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor.'

Demi also apologises to her fans in the song. 'I'm sorry for the fans I lost, who watched me fall again. I wanna be a role model, but I'm only human.'

This song comes after Demi celebrated six years of sobriety in March. In recent years, Demi has been open with her fans about her road to recovery from addiction. Earlier this year, she even announced that she was offering therapy to her fans while she was on her current tour.
