It's been a tumultuous year for Ryan and Mackenzie, stars of Teen Mom OG.
In the current season of the show alone Ryan gets out of rehab and continues to deal with his drug addiction, Maci and Ryan are still fighting over custody of Bentley and Ryan and Mackenzie get married, twice.
Despite a lot of difficult story lines the couple now have some good news to share. In a clip of next week's episode aired on MTV on Monday night Mackenzie shows producer Jeni a positive pregnancy test.
The couple already have two children between them. Ryan has Bentley, who appears on the show with his mum Maci, and Mackenzie has a son, Hudson, from a previous relationship.
