The announcement we've all been waiting for happened at the MTV VMAs last night.
Yesterday, we reported that some of the original cast members of The Hills were reuniting on the red carpet for a 'reunion announcement.'
MTV announced that the original cast is coming back for a reboot, which is said to premiere in 2019.
The Hills: New Beginnings "will reunite original cast members, alongside their children and friends, and follow their personal and professional lives while living in Los Angeles."
The show has also got a new Twitter, Instagram and Facebook account so you can follow the lead-up to the fresh drama.
The first teaser for the reboot has been released. It appears the theme song Unwritten by Natasha Beddingfield will remain, however, it's a new version.
Us Weekly has confirmed that Heidi & Spencer Pratt, Audrina Patridge, Jason Wahler, Whitney Port and Stephanie Pratt are all set to return to the new series. Lauren Conrad is not set to make a comeback.
