Love Island final

The final of this years series of Love Island will reportedly take place on the 29th of July.

If this is true, then we have less than three weeks to go.

The date was leaked when TV audience website Applause Store released tickets for the final online.

With the date being so close, it's believed the Mallorcan villa will be the setting for the final episode.

Love Island 2018

Last years finale aired on the 30th of July and saw Jack and Dani take home the £50,000 prize.

The couple stood either side of Caroline Flack when they were crowned winners.

They were handed an envelope each. Dani's envelope contained the £50,000 while Jack's contained nothing.

It was then up to Dani to decide whether she wanted to keep it all for herself or split it with Jack.

Thankfully, she chose to split the money.

ITV however, have yet to confirm the date. Meanwhile, Amy has given her first interview since leaving the villa. Read more here.

Love Island returns to Virgin Media Two tonight from 9pm.
