Connagh with a 'g'

Connagh has caused a lot of confusion in the villa because he shares the same name as Connor Durman - kind of.

So his fellow Islanders have been calling him, "Connagh with a 'g'," in order to distinguish between the two.

His mother explains the reason behind the spelling.

Lynda tells MailOnline, 'I wanted Connagh spelled with a 'gh' because I wanted a Celtic-spelled name, because of my family origins coming from Ireland.'

'I was really surprised by the reaction, because there's many names today spelled and pronounced differently, and if that helps him stand out then great. I like it.'

In other Love Island news, Paige Turley has been facing backlash for using a 'homophobic slur'.
