Caroline Flack loves her islanders

Love Island host Caroline Flack has taken to Twitter to defend Anna Vakili against negative comments.

It's after James Jordan called her, 'one nasty piece of work.'

Former Strictly dancer James Jordan is clearly a big fan of the reality show.

He's been tweeting his reactions to the episodes and in one tweet he calls Anna, 'one nasty piece of work.'

James goes on to say, 'At least the mean girls don’t have so much power in the @LoveIsland Villa anymore.'

It's not long before Caroline responds, 'she's not nasty x.'

To this, James says, 'that's how she comes across babe.'

Caroline tells him, 'It’s an extreme statement .. for her to come out and see ... were better than that.'

James however, is not backing down. He tweets, 'But I also remember the way she was also nasty to Danny.....'

'only commenting on what I see. I’m not that keen, sorry xxx'

The Flack writes back, 'I like to protect my islanders .. Love you tho as always.'

Anna lashes back at Michael

Last night's episode of the series saw Anna confront Michael over his decision to re-couple with new girl Joanna over Amber.

She says, “Who are you? You lead a girl on for four weeks saying ‘I like her so much, my head won’t be turned.’"

"You waited for another girl to come in to make it a thing, before we left it was fine.”

Defending his position, he tells her, “When I said that, yes I did mean that."

"These little things that are overlooked where I bit my tongue are things that are massive to me.”

She continues to speak at him, “You are not who I thought you were,” whilst the other Islanders start to gather around the drama.

Before walking away, he says, “I’m done with this conversation, you’ve acted like a child. I actually thought better of you.”

The villa erupts leaving relationships and friendships in tatters.

Tonight's episode sees Amber and Joanna come face to face and Lucie admit her feelings towards Tommy. For spoilers, go here.
