Over 60,000 people applied to be on Love Island in just 12 hours.

That means an average of 83 people a minute expressed their interest in the ITV dating show.

The third series this summer was the most viewed in the show's history, as an average of 2.5 million viewers tuned in to see the likes of Kem Cetinay, Amber Davies, Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood every night.

Hopeful contestants for the 2018 series must be over 18 and are asked to submit a video showing why they'd make an ideal contestant along with two photos, a headshot and a full-length image.

Anyone wishing to apply can fill out the form here.
