From the team at Follow Fox Events, Santa’s House Express returns for its 12th enchanting season at the stunning Palmerstown House Estate, Johnstown, Naas, County Kildare.
Running on select dates from 28th November through to 23rd December 2025, this year’s experience promises even more sparkle with magical new additions alongside the beloved traditions that make it a must-do festive day out.
A Journey Through the Magic of Christmas
From the moment families arrive at the gates of Palmerstown House Estate, a dazzling display of lights and festive cheer sets the scene for an unforgettable adventure. Interactions with an array of festive characters allow guests to step into the story. After check-in, guests board the Santa’s House Express train and journey through the scenic grounds, building excitement as the festive story unfolds.
The journey leads to Santa’s Manor, the beating heart of the celebration. Here Mrs. Claus shares her favourite stories and treats, wrapping every visitor in warmth and wonder. Families then gather for a private meeting with Santa Claus himself, where each child receives a brand new, cuddly, collectable, and sustainable gift, creating a keepsake memory that lasts long after Christmas Day.
The adventure continues in the Winter Wonderland Village, where the festive funfair is alive with laughter and merriment. Each child enjoys two complimentary ride tokens, while the village offers delicious seasonal treats and winter warmers, perfect for soaking up the Christmas atmosphere. Guests can also make their wish on the magical Wishing Tree in the Winter Wonderland Village before they leave.

Tickets for Santa’s House Express 2025 are now on sale, with prices held at last year’s rates. Adult tickets start from €22.00 plus booking fee, while children aged 13 months to 12 years can join the adventure from €28.50 plus booking fee, which includes Santa’s sustainable, cuddly, collectable gift along with two funfair ride tokens. Infants under 12 months are welcome for €12.00 plus booking fee, and will also receive a special gift from Santa. Please note that discounts will not apply to the Magic Mail Pack or photos.
