Dublin Fringe Festival and Guinness Open Gate Brewery are joining forces once again for the return of ‘Creativity on Tap’ this September, bringing two intimate nights of comedy to the brewery as part of Dublin Fringe Festival 2026.
Following a hugely successful first year, Creativity on Tap returns with some of Ireland’s most exciting comedic voices taking over one of Dublin’s most distinctive spaces for two special performances. Transforming Guinness Open Gate Brewery’s intimate space into a stage for arts and culture, get ready for two nights of big laughs and great beer as some of the country's most exciting comedic voices come together for ‘Creativity on Tap: An Evening With’.

Kicking things off on Tuesday 15th September, Creativity on Tap: An Evening with Emma Doran will see smash-hit Irish comedian and best-selling author Emma Doran take to the stage in Dublin 8 for what will be one of her most intimate gigs this year.
Joining Emma on the night will be comedians Erin McGathy and Rachel Galvo.

On Wednesday 16th September, audiences will be treated to Creativity on Tap: An Evening with Aoife Dunne, one of Ireland’s most exciting new voices in comedy and storytelling. The Galway native will be joined by Kilkenny’s Stephen Colfer and Tralee’s Shane Clifford.
Bee Sparks, Festival Director of Dublin Fringe Festival, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Creativity on Tap back to Guinness Open Gate Brewery for a second year. Guinness Open Gate Brewery is an incredible space to work in, and its spirit of experimentation makes it a really natural home for Dublin Fringe Festival. This September, we’re bringing together a fantastic line-up led by Emma Doran and Aoife Dunne, alongside some of the most exciting comedy talent working in Ireland right now. These intimate nights give audiences a completely different way to experience the festival, while creating space for artists to do something a little different in the city. We can’t wait to be back at the brewery.”
Peter Ungless, Guinness Open Gate Brewery Manager, said: “Creativity has always been at the heart of Guinness Open Gate Brewery. As a cultural hub in Dublin 8, we are proud to champion Irish creative talent and bring people together through unforgettable experiences. We cannot wait to open our gates and welcome Dublin Fringe Festival back for another year of entertainment!"
This year’s Creativity On Tap marks the next chapter in the partnership between Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Dublin Fringe Festival, bringing live performance into the heart of the brewery for an experience audiences won't find anywhere else. It's a natural evolution of the Open Gate Brewery’s commitment to bringing culture and creativity to the community.
