A Two-Woman Play About Electric Picnic Is Coming To Dublin

ELECTRIC

ELECTRIC is a new play by Ali Hardiman.

The story sees two characters Joni and Scarlett head separately to Electric Picnic.

From two sides of Dublin City and residing on two sides of the festival, the pair unexpectedly meet.

'Hysterically riotous and soul-stirring ELECTRIC probes our innate prejudices and preconceived notions of who we are while taking you on the session of a lifetime!'

The play is showing at a number of dates across the UK and Ireland this March:

Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin: 18th - 23rd March

The Dolmen Theatre Cornelscourt, Dublin: 28th - 29th March

Civc Theatre Tallaght, Dublin: 2nd - 6th April Friars Gate

Limerick: 12th April Axis Theatre Ballymun Dublin: 17th April

The Lyric Theatre, Belfast: 25th - 27th April

St.Johns Theatre Listowel, Kerry: 2nd May

Brighton Fringe Festival, The Caxton Arms : 25th May - 2nd June

The play enjoyed a successful world premiere in Theatre Upstairs.

The final 10 nights sold out and Hardiman recieved a 5 star review from The Arts Review
