There were a lot of Miley Cyrus fans left disappointed last night when she had to cancel an appearance at the Teen Choice Awards.
Miley was due to pick up the Ultimate Choice Award but just a few minutes into the show, it was announced she wouldn't be able to make it.
She took to her Instagram to say she had "every intention of being there to accept and celebrate this honor! I created an unrealistic schedule for myself which leads me to this announcement."
There was some good news, though, because she also revealed she'll be dropping new music this Friday.
The 24 year old has apparently "been tryin to keep the secret but I can't hide it any longer!".
It's called Younger Now and will have a music video to go with it when it's released.
