Presenter of I'm a Celebrity Extra Camp Joe Swash has made us all cringe this morning, after to taking to Instgram to inform the world that he has a cockroach stuck in his ear.
The former Eastenders actor had to visit the A&E department to try and get the critter removed.
The creepy crawley made his way into the actors ear while he was on set at the I'm a Celebrity Extra Camp.
However, things did not get much better after he was told he would have to wait and see a specilist to have the cockraoch removed.
We are not sure if it has been taken out but we are shocked at how calm he was through the whole ordeal.
