Ireland could be getting it's very own version of Britain's Got Talent.
According to The Sun, boss of TV3 Bill Malone was in the audience for a semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent on June 1.
A source told the paper, “It’s a huge investment but TV3 needs a huge show like Ireland’s Got Talent to take on Dancing With the Stars on RTE One.”
TV3 are expected to announce the plans at their autumn launch at the end of August. However, a deal has yet to be signed and production hasn't commenced yet.
RTÉ had considered making an Irish version of the hit show but bosses opted for Dancing With The Stars instead.
