Fans are convinced Harry Styles spat on Chris Pine as he took a seat next to him at the Venice Film Festival yesterday, but we don't think he did, and we're about to tell you why.

A video of the moment has been doing the rounds on social media.
In the clip, Chris and the director Olivia Wilde can be seen clapping as Harry takes his seat.
Suddenly, the Star Trek star stops clapping and looks down at his lap in disbelief.

He then looks up, smiles and shoots Harry a cheeky grin, but the singer is too busy adjusting his jacket to notice.
Some are convinced Harry spat on Chris' lap, and that's why Chris had such a strange reaction.
But there's another theory that seems much more probable.

Spot the sunglasses!
A fan pointed out how Chris stopped clapping just as he noticed his sunglasses in-between his legs on the chair.
He smiled in disbelief as he picked up the sunglasses.
We're convinced he had just forgotten where his glasses were, 'zoned out,' for a minute and then realised they were right in front of him.
