Gardaí Renew Appeal Over Crash In Red Cow

Gardaí in Dublin have renewed their appeal for information into a crash that killed a man in the Red Cow.

It happened in the early hours of Sunday morning on the Naas road, Dublin 22.

Gardaí are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash to come forward. Officers are particularly interested in those who have video footage or were walking in the direction of the Red Cow junction at the time. Taxi drivers who were working in the area that night are also asked to make themselves known.

Gardaí are also keen to gather information around a red Volkswagen Golf car. It was seen in the area at about 20-minutes past midnight.

A man in his 20s who was previously arrested in connection with this crash has been released.

A file is being prepared for the DPP.
