Ticketmaster has revealed it's closing down Seatwave.
The site had come under scrutiny in the past with people claiming it was encouraging ticket-touting.
Increased concerns over touting has led to new government moves to tackle the issue.
The proposed new laws would ban the sale of tickets above face-value.
In a statement, Ticketmaster admitted "secondary sites just don’t cut it anymore" and have said they'll be launching a new service
The company added: "We’re launching a fan-to-fan ticket exchange on Ticketmaster, where you can easily buy tickets or sell tickets you can’t use through our website or app, at the price originally paid or less."
