Student Union, the USI, is helping young people get home to vote this Friday.

They've launched a new carpooling campaign called #VoterMotor.

It will give students the chance to link up with others who are travelling to their local polling station on May 25th.

It comes as the National Youth Council of Ireland predicts that up to 125,000 extra young people have registered to vote in the referendum.

South Dublin has already seen a 103% rise in voter registration - compared to those recorded in advance of the marriage equality referendum.
