A judge in California has dismissed a sexual abuse lawsuit against Michael Jackson.

Wade Robson, a celebrity choreographer accussed the 'King of Pop' of sexual abuse over a seven year period. The lawsuit was filed in 2013.

He then changed the claims in the lawsuit, targeting MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures. He claimed they were “specifically designed to locate, attract, lure and seduce child sexual abuse victims.”

Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff dismissed the lawsuit this week saying that, “no one other than Michael Jackson had the legal ability or authority to control Michael Jackson" and therefore the case was dismissed.

Robson defended and testified for Michael Jackson in 2005.

The pair first met when Robson was 5 years old and claims that the abuse happened at Jackson's Neverland Ranch.
