Drury Street Restaurant Luna Closed With Immediate Effect

Luna closes

Modern Italian restaurant Luna closed yesterday with immediate effect.

A statement shared on the website and social media of the popular Drury Street eatery read:

'Luna Restaurant will cease trading effective Thursday May 16, 2019.'

You do know that you can pop in to the bar any evening after work for some lovely Salume and a glass of wine #greatfood #treats

'This was a very tough decision to make but unavoidable, despite our best efforts.'

'Luna had the very best atmosphere. It was a restaurant to be proud of, which makes all this harder.'

'We'd like to thank our staff and customers for joining us on this journey. We wish it could have gone on longer.'

It's unknown as to why the restaurant shut down so suddenly.

Luna's announcement follows the closure of chip shop Super Miss Sue in the same building last year.
