If you get your iPhone screen repaired in an unauthorised shop, then there's a chance they may stop working.

It's to do with the latest iOS 11.3 upgrade, according to the Irish Independent.

It comes as a number of iPhone 8 and 8Plus models stopped responding to touch controls after the screen was fixed in an unauthorised repair shop, who usually charge lower prices than Apple themselves.

It's believed they've stopped working because these shops use materials that are not authorised by Apple.
