Rents prices are up over 11%, with bigger increases in the capital once again.
They're now an average €1200 nationwide a month according to the latest figures from Daft.ie.
In Dublin, the prices are up to €1744 a month, which is an increase of 12 percent.
The prices are 16% higher than they were at the peak of the boom in 2008
