Today on Plan B Sarina spoke to St. Colman's College music teacher Sarah Barry, who came together with her transition students to record a beautiful cover of 'Lean On Me' .
The single has been released to raise funds for for Crumlin Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, BUMBLEance and families affected by childhood cancer.
Sarah shared the amazing story of how the students came together to support the fellow classmate who has currently battling cancer.
