Pfizer To Start Producing Covid Vaccines In Grange Castle, Dublin

Pfizer is to start making its Covid-19 vaccine in Ireland.

Additionally, 75 new jobs will be created at the pharmaceutical company's facility in Grange Castle, Dublin to help with development.

So Pfizer will start producing substances for the vaccine at the site by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, Taoiseach Micheal Martin has welcomed the news.

He says it puts Ireland at the heart of the EU’s fight against the pandemic.
