Disneyland Japan had queues of 11 hours to meet Mickey Mouse yesterday.
The Disney character celebrates his 90th birthday this year, but fans were forced to wait to send him their best wishes.
The theme park revealed that there was a likely wait time of 660 minutes, or 11 hours, to see "Mickey's House and Meet Mickey."
"The indication for waiting time reached 660 minutes at around 9 a.m. for 'Mickey's house and Meet Mickey' where you can explore Mickey's house and take picture with Mickey" said a spokesperson for the theme park.
Even at 6 o'clock yesterday evening, the waiting time was still 3 hours, and some visitors took to Twitter to express their shock at the time they were forced to wait.
"7 hours passed. Still not seeing Mickey's house. I do not know how long I must wait."
"660 min to meet Mickey. Meaning 11 hours waiting!"
"You can go to the real Disneyland in US if you have 11 hours!"
